Qigong Class Locations
1. The Feminist Karate Union
Tiantian School of Qigong's home base
is located at 1426 South Jackson Street, 1/2 block east of the intersection of Jackson, Boren and Rainier in the international district.
Driving South on I5:
take the exit for I-90/Dearborn St./Airport Way (just past downtown) take the first exit off that exit for Dearborn Street (it comes up fast; be careful) at the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Dearborn go about 3-4 blocks to Rainier Avenue and turn left onto Rainier go about 3-4 blocks to Jackson Street and turn right onto Jackson. You will see the building 1/2 block up on your left.
Driving North on I5:
take the exit for Dearborn St./James St. and take the Dearborn exit off that exit ramp at the end of the ramp turn right onto Dearborn go about 3-4 blocks to Rainier Avenue and turn left onto Rainier go about 3-4 blocks to Jackson Street and turn right onto Jackson. You will see the building 1/2 block up on your left.
From the East:
take I-90 Westbound and exit at Rainier Avenue North. Drive northbound on Rainier to Jackson St. Turn right on Jackson and go 1/2 block. The building will be on your left.
Walking from the Amaranth Inn Bed & Breakfast:
walk out their front door. Turn left onto the sidewalk and walk up to 16th (less than 1/2 block). Turn right onto 16th and walk 1 block to Jackson. Turn right on Jackson and walk 1 block down to 1426 South Jackson, a 3 story gray building with teal trim. Ring the doorbell for Feminist Karate Union. We will buzz you in. Walk up to the third floor.

Classes at Cancer Lifeline are open to cancer patients, survivors, their families, friends and coworkers. Tuition is free. Visit www.cancerlifeline.org for information about their classes, workshops and services (yoga, meditation, painting, nutrition, gardening, support and networking groups...).
2004 marks the beginning of the Cancer Lifeline Qigong Program's third year. To celebrate, Cancer Lifeline and Kris Caldwell collaborated to produce Kris' first compact disc, entitled "Behold, the Power of Qi! A Guided Practice with Kris Caldwell." The recording includes backround on qigong, a conversation with Kris' students, and guided practice in simple, traditional qigong practices. 4. The YMCA of Greater Seattle Kris is the qigong instructor for the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Please visit http://www.seattleymca.org for current branch locations offering qigong.
5. South Seattle Community College is located at 6000 16 Avenue Southwest in West Seattle. Students register for qigong classes directly with the college.
